Job Description:

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Diize BV's growth. You will collaborate with senior sales professionals, the Product Owner, and Customer Success to expand our presence across EMEA and beyond, executing our solid outbound strategy.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  1. Maritime Sales Experience: This is a huge plus, but not a requirement.
  2. Proactive & Problem-Solving: Naturally proactive, adept at problem-solving, attentive listener, strong negotiator, and exhibits sharp judgment.
  3. International B2B Saas Sales Expert: Extensive experience navigating complex international B2B Saas sales landscapes, particularly in the EMEA market.
  4. Strategic Sales Acumen: Successfully manages high-velocity complex sales funnels and strategic outbound initiatives.
  5. Purpose-Driven Ethos: Approach sales with a consultative and ethical mindset, delivering value to clients.
  6. Revenue-Focused Team Orchestrator: Exceptional skill in uniting diverse teams with the common goal of maximizing revenue outcomes.
  7. Language Skills: Dutch fluency is preferred, but not mandatory. Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential.
  8. Traveling: There is some travel involved in the role, usually for 3-5 days at a time, to Asia, the US, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Quota Management: Take ownership of achieving sales quotas, implementing EMEA-wide strategies for multi-year commercial expansion.
  2. Strategic Sales Execution: Lead and execute strategic sales cycles, leveraging expertise to drive revenue growth.
  3. Market Insight: Stay informed on market trends, proactively identifying opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.
