    • Continuously refine the backlog, ensuring user stories are clear, actionable, and prioritized based on both business and technical factors.
  • Aligning Product Decisions with Business Goals
    • Measure and report the revenue impact of new features and prioritize based on the potential to drive revenue, increase customer retention, or reduce churn, rather than just technical feasibility or user request.

    • Know how to fight for your reasoning and how to manage conflicts.
  • Collaboration with Development teams
    • Work closely with a 3rd party development team to ensure that the product is developed according to requirements and timelines.
    • Participate in Agile Ceremonies to ensure alignment between development efforts and product goals.
  • Supporting Implementation
    • Continuously provide clarification and answers to the development team about the user stories, features, and functionality to prevent blockers or confusion.
    • Support in each phase of implementation, from development, integration, testing, bug fixing to documentation, deployment and monitoring & support.
  • Product Lifecycle Management
    • Monitor product performance by tracking and analyzing key performance indicators.
    • Oversee product releases, ensuring that new features and updates are deployed efficiently and with minimal disruption to users.
  • Risk and Issue Management

  • Budgeting and Resource Allocation
    • Understand the financial constraints and budget for product development. Make cost-effective decisions by balancing feature development with resource availability and return on investment (ROI).
    • Be able to make impact analysis of features on the effort & time vs. their potential impact on revenue and customer satisfaction.
